Check your own line in five minutes.

You don't need us for this. Two quick looks at your own phone tell you what happens to a customer who calls after you've closed.

  1. Call your shop's main number after hoursUse a phone that isn't yours. Let it ring. Write down what you hear: how many rings, whether it goes to voicemail, and whether a caller can leave a message at all.
  2. Count last week's missed callsOpen the recent-calls list on your phone, or the call log from your phone provider. Count the calls nobody answered, and how many of them were from people who weren't customers yet.
  3. Put a number on itUse the box on this page. It multiplies your two numbers and nothing else. It is arithmetic, not a forecast.

What you type here is never sent anywhere. We don't see it.

Enter both numbers, then press the button.
